Mountain Lodges of Peru will send a final invoice for the balance due on each reservation approximately 60 days before departure date. Please be advised that, unless otherwise noted by client, the credit or debit card information on file will be utilized for payment of this invoice.
MLP Terms and Conditions
DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT
- A refundable deposit of $ 500.00 USD per person is required at time of booking.
- The balance payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date.
Note: Third-party travel services purchased through MLP may have different payment, cancellation and transfer policies. Please ask your Travel Specialist for specific details on this.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of travelers’ cancellation, MLP requires notification in writing, by email or instant message.
The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 90 days prior to trip start date: No cancellation fees apply.
- 89 - 30 days prior to trip start date: 25% of the total trip cost.
- 29 - 0 days prior to trip start date: 100% of the total trip cost.
TRANSFER FEE—CHANGING TRIP DATES OR TRAVELERS’ NAME
- Up to 90 days prior to trip start date: No charge for date or name changes.
- 89 - 30 days prior to trip start date: An additional 15% of the total trip cost.
- 29 - 0 days prior to trip start date: An additional 50% of the total trip cost.
ADDITIONAL NOTES ON TRANSFERS
- It is not necessary to specify a future departure date upon requesting a transfer.
- Prices of the trips and other services are subject to change due to seasonality.
